I just grafted the gussets together after finishing the first leg. I can tell the three stitches that I am suppose to pick up are now in the middle of the gusset, but so is the working yarn. I cannot figure out how to do the first knit stitch to get started on the second leg. It is so far away from either circular needle that I'm just not sure. Any suggestions?
