Hi - I was doing OK until I got to the leg split. I think I did the gusset OK but am confused by the 2nd half of the gusset and beyond. The first side of my
gusset is attached inline with the reainderof what will be that leg (which I believe is the right leg). The 2nd side of my gusset is a bit open which appears
to be by a stitch or two (not dead even like the other side. Is this supposed to be closed somehow before I begin knitting the left leg or does it closesomehow
during the kitchener stitch? I became very confused when I came to the entire split for legs section. I swear, I didn't understand any of it; especially
the picking up of stitches. I really don't think I did it the right way which is why I have this open area at the left leg? It'snot a huge open area
and I was thinking it may close up during the kitchener or I could find a way to tie it later.
I also think my legs look very narrow. I currently have 42 stitches on the leg I'm attempting to knit and somehow ended up with one or two less on the other.... Do I have to rip it all out (again) or can I just make an extra stitch or two when I get to the other leg to even it up?
I really need a video desperately.... If you understand any of what I've just typed, I'd really appreciate some help; I'm driving myself crazy!
Thanks!!
Wendy
